    • CommonC++ BIE is implemented multithread with CommonC++ library.
    • Doxygen BIE source has been commented for auto generation of class hierarchy documentation with doxygen. 
    • OpenMPI BIE is implemeted parallel computing ablity with OpenMPI (although others e.g. LAM, MPICH should be just fine)
    • DejaGNU BIE is equiped with regression test using DejaGNU.
    • VTK and GTK(Gimp Tool Kit) BIE offers a graphical control panel and optional visualizer implemented using GTK and VTK
