Input from the UNIX Workstation

To facilitate input to the CAT program from a file located on the UNIX workstation, a UNIX script has been written which takes the file and writes this into the scratch area on the ModComp which in turn, can be accessed by the CAT program. At the UNIX prompt, type
cardin filename
This loads the data into the ModComp. The user can then run the CAT program and define input from a disk file. It is important that the file follows the defined format of the catalog as listed above.
