Antenna powerup is done at the main control panel:
- Turn master key at bottom of control panel to ON position.
- Press System Power ON button at top of control Panel.
- Press power ON on elevation and azimuth axis control.
- Press STANDBY buttons on elevation and azimuth controls.
- Press COMPUTER button on elevation and azimuth controls. This
places the antenna under computer control.
