This routine simply tracks a MAIN position and accumulates photons. It is
used mainly in spectral line mode where an observer may wish to keep signal
and reference position data in separate scans and later construct a (S-R/R)
scan in the SPA data reduction program. An example giving the necessary
keywords and arguments follows.

- NSCAN (integer)
- Sets number of ON observations to be done
consecutively.

- Sets length of observation.

observations.) Sets the integration time for
